Property Management

Module 'Property Management' lets you upload and maintain the details and photos of all your property resales, new developments and/or rentals that you wish to show on your public web site, through an easy, user friendly interface. All property details are stored in a database.
The module includes advanced technology that allows you to upload pictures regardless of their size and dimensions: the system will resize and cut them automatically to the size that you wish them to appear on your web site.

Your webpage(s) will have to be adapted to show the properties that you have uploaded to the database. The changes can be small, if you are content with a more or less standard way of presenting the property listings and details. It is however possible - and recommended - to have your own look-and-feel - see below.

Content Management

The 'Content Management' module can be used to manage the contents of other web pages than those showing your properties as well, so you can keep them up-to-date without (expensive..?) help from your website developer.

Once your website is adapted in the right places to cater for this, every part of your site that you want to update regularly can be modified with a user-friendly WYSIWYG ('What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get') editor. This editor can be used for simple changes to texts and pictures, but if you are so inclined and have the skills for it, it offers a lot of functionality for more sophisticated modifications as well...

Sharing Management

The 'Sharing Management' module is based on so called 'Sharing Groups'.
You and other agents with whom you wish to share your properties can form your own Sharing Group(s). You - and they - first select those of your properties that you wish to share with the members of a particular group. Then, you - and they - specify which of the properties that your sharing partners have made available to you, will actually be shown on your site.
The module offers functionality to do these things in a simple, user friendly manner.

This concept - intentionally different from what our competitors are offering - was developed to make it possible to have your own group with just a few people that you know, totally separate from all other agents also using the portal, if that is what you prefer. Your own private sharing environment, if you will...

On the other hand it is just as possible to be a member of more groups at the same time, or share with the generic group that everybody can use, called 'ALL', a sort of common pool for everybody wishing to share with anybody else.

Contacts Management

Module 'Contacts Management' facilitates the data entry and maintenance of details about the contacts that you have in relation to your properties: Owners, Agents, Clients, Prospects, Gestors, Lawyers, etcetera, anybody you like, really.

You can enter contact details and other data about these people and/or businesses, and then link them to the properties that they are associated with. This link itself can be used to store information specific for the contact in relation to a certain property, like appointments and things-to-do.

Private Messaging

The system has a built-in internal messaging system that makes it possible to communicate with other members, without leaving your 'administration area'. You can see if your sharing partners are online as well, and can receive your message immediately.

Small changes to your website

There is in general no need to re-build your website. In order to show the properties stored in the database, only your 'properties' page needs to be changed to point to the SellOrSeek for Agents' web server. With respect to Content Management, some changes to your site will be necessary; it depends a lot on what you want, really..

Personalised look-and-feel

If you wish we will - for a small fee - provide a personalised look-and-feel with regards to the property listings and property detail pages.
That is significantly different from other sharing systems that always show all property listings and all property details in an identical manner, regardless of the website that they are shown. We can provide you with your own unique identity, eventhough your property details and pictures are retrieved from the same database as those of other agents...
